What is Mental Health

Mental health means mental functionally healthy. This include human being’s thinking, mood and behaviours. According to WHO, mental health is related to cultures, subjective assessments and competing theories. It related to a person’s awareness of their abilities and the ability of coping with life stress. From this definition and nowadays’s fast paced world, mentally healthy is also a relatively phrase.

How to keep healthy

Everybody wanna a healthy body and everybody wanna eat yammy meal everyday. Contradiction is in everywhere and in every stage. Contradiction is the main killer of our health. How can we overcome the contradiction and keep our body in a healthy environment? We have to answer some questions:

1. What is health?

According to the dictionary, health means physically, mentally and socially our body away from disease.

Firstly, healthy body means keep our body away from disease. Actually this is impossible as we all live in a multi kinds of pollutions world. “Healthy body” is a relatively phrase. When we have a better functional body for everyday life either work or after 8 hours, we would say we have a healthy body.
